Biden’s administration vaccination mandate for business is being developed through OSHA or Occupational Safety and Health Administration, will be published soon.

OSHA has been crafting an emergency temporary standard to enact the mandate, which requires that all companies with at least 100 employees require vaccines or weekly testing for employees.

The standard will also require employers to provide paid time off for workers to get vaccinated and paid sick leave for vaccinated employees who have side effects from the vaccination shot.

Before the publication is released, the White House is encouraging employers to implement their own vaccination rules.

For more information, Biden’s Vaccine mandate to be published soon was originally published on The Hill  by Alex Gangitano.
