He was forced to make tough decisions, which, in turn, made him grow up sooner than most young people. However, he understood that we make those decisions, knowing that the universe gives us back what we put into it.

A father and a provider of eight, he is known as the musical boss in his city, Lynchburg, VA. Orry E is also the owner of Power Recording Studio, and is an independent artist striving for success. He received his name Orry E, from DJ Showtime.

Orry E’s time and resources goes into his family and his music with the intention to later provide opportunities for the less privileged in his community.

From his album 7 Reasons: Summer 2017, the seven reasons referring to his seven kids at the time of its release. One of his favorites songs from this album is entitled, One on One. Part of the lyrical flow is as follows:

Started off with one drink then we had anotha one

Started off with one date then we had anotha one

Listening to Beyonce, yeah you know that one plus one

Now you all drunk in love, we make love in da club

Orry E shared his thoughts on the meaning behind these lyrics. He states that, “it is a breakdown of Beyonce music and if you listen to it that is how we kicked it off.” The genius to incorporate the Queen B and R&B into the lyrics of his rap shows signs of greatness.
